We welcome you to enjoy our townhome just three doors in from the slopes on Camelback Mountain and along side of Camelbeach. This home just steps away from the slopes (about 30 ft.) allows you to conveniently ski in and ski out to enjoy the 33 lighted slopes on Camelback Mountain. Besides the great skiing, The Village at Camelback offers amenities such as a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and indoor tennis.

This home, being a year round rental is available to take advantage of all the Poconos has to offer. Being along side Camelbeach waterpark offers quick access to the many waterslides, pools and even a wave pool for your family to enjoy. If you’re the outdoor type, just minutes away at the top of Camelback Mountain you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking or just the fantastic views at Big Pocono State Park which include eastern Pennsylvania and parts of New York and New Jersey.

If relaxing is on the agenda, you can enjoy the huge L-shaped sectional with two recliners. Air conditioning will make you feel comfortable while watching your favorite cable shows or taking advantage of the free Wifi.

Whatever is on the agenda for the family vacation the Poconos has it and our home is right in the middle of it all.

Easy and good for groups

My partner and I stayed here with several other adults and two toddlers. Most of us skied at Camelback, while the others hung out at the condo. Really easy process and the homeowner was great to deal with. A bit of a quibble with the description, the third bedroom is an open loft and one queen is the sofa-bed in the living room, but it still worked out well. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils that made cooking dinners and breakfasts easy with easy cleanup via a newer diswasher. The internet worked well even with up to six devices online at once (we're all academics/geeks). Proximity to the slopes is great. It would have been true ski-in/ski-out in a normal year or even later this year, but the closest run was still making and ungroomed when we stayed (mid-Jan). But, you can't control the weather. The combination of this and Camelback was a definite winner. Staff at POA office were really easy to deal with. A pleasure all around and I will likely repeat.

This would be probably the fourth or fifth time that we are renting this place.Truly ski in ski out place.Comfortably for two family with two kids each.Looking forward to come back again.Owner is exelent guy and responding e-mails and phone calls in no time

Clean and Convenient

We stayed 8 nights while attending a conference at the Chateau Resort down the road. The townhouse was very clean and the owner very helpful--a pleasure to work with. It is about 3-4 miles from the outlet mall and grocery shopping. I want to point out that the townhouse is located below the parking level so there are steps to climb.

Upon arrival we were very Happy with the appearance of this house. Just the right amount of space,and great location. Amenities such as the pool and gym were just down the road which was convenient. Grill on the back deck came in handy. Overall we were very pleased with the stay,and we would definately rent again....Thanks Emilio.....

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely townhome that is right on the slopes at Camelback. The house was perfect for our family. The large and comfy couch is awesome. We spent each night by the fire watching movies while our boys enjoyed the slopes. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was really nice to have the linens right there for our use. The bunk bed room is perfect for kids. There is shopping very close with everything that you could possibly need. The Weiss grocery store is top notch. We will definitely be returning next year. It was a wonderful vacation!

We rented this lovely and comfortable home for a 3 day weekend in late January. We came for relaxation, to share some quality time together and to ski. The location of the home was perfect for skiing. We literally walked about 30 feet from or front door, put on our skis and were on the slopes at Camelback. The home itself is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. We felt very much at home. Our group consisted of 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 dogs and an infant. There was plenty of room for everyone. We all relaxed on the big, cozy sectional sofa, had a fireplace fire and watched a movie together. The kitchen table is large enough to comfortably seat 6 and is great for game playing. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets and have all of the linens you need. There is one large bathroom with a shower/tub and one small bathroom with a shower stall. Towels are also provided. There is grocery shopping and a liquor store nearby as well as the outlet shopping mall. I would highly recommend renting this property to anyone. It is even more lovely than the pictures on the site and has a nice view. The owner is very helpful and returns emails promptly. Our overall experience was excellent!
