Fully furnished, second floor, 2 beds, 2 baths Condo at the Villa Plumosa Condominium, in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
Across the street from the beautiful Spring Bayou-where the Greek Orthodox Cross dive takes place in January. A block from the St. Nicholas Church.
A short walk to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, library. Walking distance to Sponge Docs.
A short drive to Sunset Beach, Howard Park and Golf Courses.
Each of the two bedrooms has a queen size bed. The large Living room couch converts to a full size bed. Towels and linens provided.
Kitchen with granite countertops, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher.
All electric Central Air Conditioning. The first $100 per month of electric usage is included in the rent.
Full size Washer and Dryer in the Unit.
Screen Lanai overlooking the Condominium Pool. The Pool is open all year around.
Your own private parking spot. Guest parking available.
$1200 per month rent-December to April. All other months are negotiable.
The first three months of rent, 12% Florida Tax on rents and the required $500 refundable deposit must be paid before the keys are turned over to you.
