A detached cottage, resting close to the village of Tattershall. Inside, you will find two bedrooms and can sleep up to four people. Roselle is a detached property, situated close to the village of Tattershall. Inside, you will find two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. This all-ground floor property also houses a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Additional room include a sitting room with dining area and a kitchen and utility. Outside, you will have access to off-road parking and an enclosed rear and front garden. Roselle is a wonderful family getaway to Lincolnshire.

Amenities: Oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with DVD player and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Enclosed garden with seating area to the front and rear patio area with garden furniture. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within a 6-minute walk, shop within 1.5 miles. Note: There is a 2-3 inch gap under the fencing used for maintenance, very small dogs may be able to squeeze under, care to be taken.
