“What a Hidden Gem!”

Reviewed 20 Mar 2017

My family and I stayed at the upper apartment March 6-12. It was such a wonderful place to stay! The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the outdoor screened in porch, the openness of kitchen and the family room were perfect. We were able to be in the kitchen and interact with those that were in the family room. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were awsome to work with. We made last minute plans to head to Florida without realizing that it is the busiest time to be there and the owners were so accommodating. We loved it! Hopefully we'll be back soon.

“Wonderful Getaway in Islamorada!”

Reviewed 12 Apr 2016

Thank you Robert and Joan for the use of your rental home in Islamorada! My husband and two daughters had an enjoyable week long vacation staying here. There is plenty of space, comfort, and amenities! The couple staying downstairs were also very welcoming and helpful for the week we were there. The dock and canal was really a treat to have right there as well. My husband and children enjoyed fishing and caught many interesting fish and creatures right off the dock! Very convenient to grocery store, marinas, some beaches, state parks, etc. Robert and Joan could not have been better owners and made everything very easy and enjoyable! Would love to come back sometime!

“most accomodating”

Fantastic find! Comfortable and quiet retreat with more than enough space for our family. Robert and Joan were a pleasure to work with and we couldn't have been happier with the location and amenities. Our next visit to Islamorada will begin with a call to these owners for availability. Deep water canal easily handled our 27' fishing boat and gear. Convenient to the marina and the supplies we needed. All around win for us! Thanks Joan and Robert! See you soon!

“Fun at 107 San Remo”

Reviewed 15 Mar 2013

Four of us retired persons contracted this unit for 10 days of fishing. The weather was marginally cooperative, however, the location was ideal. The owners had a nice touch to the decor and were available for any amenities desired. I especially appreciated the champagne as a welcome gift. We caught 33 species of fish and were able to eat fresh fish tacos on several occaisions. The local cuisine was outstanding. We were visited by several local birds waiting for handouts...an iguana, and a manatee that cruised into the canal. I would highly recommend this facility to any fishermen or women, or even those seeking a relaxing quiet location centrally located on the key.

“Secret Gem..”

Reviewed 27 Mar 2011

This is about the best kept secret in the keys. I'm on the patio as I type this. The owners Bob & Joan are incredible and our six days here have been incredible. PERFECT location for boating, docks fits my boat perfectly. Instant access to both ocean side and bay side. Have two other couples with us and plenty of room, privacy and yet ideal for everyone to enjoy dinners, happy hour and friendship. Plenty of parking for boat trailer, cars, etc.. Grocery store a mile away, instant access to everything in town. It's not a brand new or resort property, but a secret little gem in the keys. We WILL be back...
