The area surrounding the condo

Located in King West on Front Street, Cosmos is perfectly located to offer its residents the very best of city living. Located right at the intersection of Front and John, residents can take advantage of some of the best restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The 300 Front building is part of the Entertainment/Financial District, which houses the Toronto International Film Festival, or TIFF.

A stroll North down King Street leads to numerous restaurants, world-renowned theatres such as the Princess of Wales or the Roy Thompson Hall, while a walk south takes residents to Front Street, which is home to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, with the Rogers Centre and Air Canada Centre just to the south of that. With Queen West just to the north, residents will be surrounded by an endless array of things to do.

To travel further afield in an environmentally friendly way, residents also have access to the TTC along King Street via streetcar, as well as subway at the University line, which is about 5 minutes walk to the east.
