“Just what we needed”
Thank you for being very responsive to our needs. The internet connection is excellent, the neighborhood quiet, and the house had what we needed.
Owner's reply: Thanks Michelle for a great review. You're always welcome to visit us.
“A Refuge From All the Chaos!”
This home is a great place to relax after a day of touring the chaos that fills the Christmas time Laguna. Important tips if using this home: 1) Hire a car - self drive or driver. Without a car you will be confined to tricycles or jeepneys. No Cabs! 2) Bring cash. No ATM machine without taking a tricycle into Nuvali. 3) Do not forget your towel and face cloth. 4) Take a walk throughout the community and meet foreigners living there from all over the world. They are friendly and always happy to visit with a fellow traveller. Over all the experience was good and as expected. Noemi was easy to deal with, had a security concern and was dealt with swiftly via roaming security. A few bugs and such sneaking in under the door at night during a typhoon, expected in a tropical country. Washing machine had a few issues, however; did not alter our overall experience. Energy allowance was more than adequate. Would recommend this home to others, as well use again. Check out was quick and easy.
Owner's reply: Thanks for the good overall remarks. Cabs are actually available, as well as Uber or Grab services, but not as quick as compared to the availability in Manila. Remember, our place is away from the hustle and bustle of city life, although not far from the city. Bringing cash is always a good idea because even in progressive countries, not a lot of public transport accept credit cards. Towels are available upon request due to some guests not being responsible. Roaming security is always top notch.
“Perfect place to stay in Tagaytay”
at first I was really afraid to reserve this place since its just done per online. When we arrived in this beautiful house I was really amazed. It is really what I seen in the internet. Also so friendly staff (Noime, thank you so much). Its also near Tagaytay City and Manila. I will surely will reserve the same house again next time. Just minus point for the water heater of the shower since it is only in masters bedroom the rest is perfect. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
