Description of the Tripoli vacation cottage rental
The property is a stone house on the top of a hill of Alepochori Village. It is a new inside construction, with stone walls that were laid over 250 years ago.
The house features open living space with vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is made out of grey marble with a large square bathtub and modern shower.
The kitchen is fully modern with solid walnut cabinets, large refrigerator, an Italian electric corning top, with convecrion oven with outside vended exhaust. Sink has a garbage disposal and a new faucet with a pull out head for easy cleaning. The floors are Italian tiles that are easy to maintain and clean.
The furniture and beds are from the US. Large and plush, with comfortable Sealy beds. Included are linen, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, iron, microwave, coffee, toaster, cleaning supplies, outside chairs and table. A easier is available.
The court yard is very large with hanging grape vines to sit under to have your meals.
There is no traffic around the house since it is the last house on top of hill. There is a sitting area further up the hill where it is wooded to hang hammocks and enjoy an afternoon nap. To the west ( back of house) there are woods to hike for miles or pick oregano and chamomile.
it is a quiet area to enjoy nature, to read, to just RELAX.

There are nearby villages to go for WiFi - Kerasia, Blahokerasia, and many more on your way to Tripoli.
The house is 19 kilometers from Tripoli and 25 kilometers from Sparta.
The village has 2 full restaurants to enjoy a meal and a coffee shop.
Excess to other areas is easy since the village is right on the route to other villages, Tripoli and Sparta.

Area Information
In the front terrace you have 180 degrees of a fantastic view of the village below you, the surrounding mountains and other nearby villages that are tucked in the valleys. The views at dusk on the mountains as the sun is setting are breathtaking.
To the front of the house there is a super large court yard that is private and secluded by high walls. The back faces the woods.
You have grape vines in the back yard that produce nice sweet grapes, with a natural shade for afternoon reading or enjoying a cup of coffee. A large fig tree surrounds your terrace that will give you many wonderful figs daily.
You can even park your car in the large court yard, through a large garage door that locks for privacy.
The village boasts 2 wonderful restaurants with excellent food and WiFi. One of them stays open until 24:00 daily (except Saturdays up to 15:00). About 5 miles away there is a very large village Blahokerasia with numerous coffee shops and restaurants, and an excellent bakery with the best sour dough bread.
The area that surrounds you has numerous paths for great hiking for miles, leading to various little chapels. Some paths have running water and some wild life.
It has been an amazing escape of a relaxing life for us.
You do need a car to fully enjoy this secluded house and village.
