This is an immaculately presented, detached lodge located on a superbly maintained park on the shores of Lake Windermere in the beautiful Lake District and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.22 Thirlmere is an immaculately presented, detached lodge, located on a superbly maintained park on the shores of Lake Windermere in the beautiful Lake District and can sleep six people. This all ground floor lodge has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a front decked terrace with a private hot tub, furniture and a fire pit barbecue. With use of on-site facilities, 22 Thirlmere is the perfect base for exploring the Lake District.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared on-site laundry facilities (coin operated), dishwasher, Modern flat screen TV with Freeview & integrated Blu-ray DVD. Some Sky channels are available. Bluetooth sound bar. WiFi available on-site. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front decked terrace with hot tub, outside garden furniture. Shared use of facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Property entrance is accessed by 3 steps. Note: Due to lakeside location, children should be supervised. Note: Due to the site's rural location, WiFi signal can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception. Passes cost £15 per stay and one pass is allocated per lodge. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
