Mountain bikers and hikers can access world class hiking and biking trails from the house, including the 50 Year Trail and the Chutes. Golfers can drive 5 minutes to SaddleBrooke's premiere public golf courses. Near-by Pusch Ridge Stables offers scenic horseback riding excursions through acres of beautiful desert and mountain trials for riders of all skill levels. Birdwatchers don't need to leave the property to glimpse a variety of local and migratory species. Sit down with a cup of tea and view hummingbirds, roadrunners, cactus wrens, woodpeckers, hawks, quail, cardinals, an occasional oriole and numerous other birds from the back patio!

After enjoying the outdoors, kick back and relax in the salt-water pool or spa. End the day by throwing some dinner on the grill and taking pleasure in the spectacular display of colors at sunset.

The house is newly remodeled with solar power and a private well. The property is entirely fenced with a solar-powered gate for entry and a two-car garage. It is tastefully furnished with fabulous views, and adorned with original artwork from local artists. In addition to the spacious great room and entertainment area, there are three bedrooms, and an office with Wi-Fi available throughout. Two bedrooms have king sized beds and the third bedroom has a queen sized bed, sleeping six in total. Luxurious mattresses and bedding are all brand new. There are two large TVs with DIRECTV connection, as well as a PlayStation 3 and a small movie/video game collection.
