Description of the Tucson vacation home rental
Great recreational property with views in all directions that will amaze. New appliances, new heated pool, new bathrooms with custom made cabinets, outdoor shower, outdoor grill area, with very large deck over looking the Tucson valley. Property has 3 outdoor spaces surrounded by 3.5 acres of Mountain desert scenery. It has 2 large indoor sitting areas, the other overlooking the valley and desert. Master has private custom designed bath room which includes a large shower with water surround system. Other bedrooms have queen size beds with private closets. Hardwood floors thru-out the home with Mexican tile accents.

It turns out that many of our guests have used the property to visit a child attending College in Tucson. Since it is so convenient to the campus of the University of Arizona, this property is a great place to visit and provide a relaxing few days away from campus spending time with family.

The property was purchased from the original owner who was in a wheel chair, so most of the house is handicap accessible. Wide hallway to bedroom, 36' doors into bedrooms and bathroom.

Since we bring our dogs to this property every time we come out, we put a small pet dropping area in the isolated area in the back. This makes this area as easy as opening one of three patio doors to let the dogs out without concern of desert creatures.

If quick access to great food is your calling, then your a short drive down into the valley and less then 5 minutes to The Mosaic Mexican Restaurant. An Iconic Mexican establishment. In addition as you get closer to Down Town, Just 10 minutes away, you can find many great options. If the Gem Show is your draw to Tucson, this property is 10 minutes to some of the largest and most popular events.

The house is stocked with basic food supplies, ready to feel like your home in an instant,

What's really nice is that this home is 2 minutes away from great hiking trails, and also a desert walking park. You can check the western Tucson trail system on-line. The Yetman Trail is only 1.5 miles to the trail head, just straight south on Camino de Oeste. Your 15 minuted to the Sonora Desert Museum. All this, while surrounded by Saguaro Cactus, and a private feel you can rarely find while being so close to all that Tucson offers.

To summarize, this property is centrally located to quick access to Tucson, yet located up against the Tucson Mountains with Views that will amaze, and outdoor activities with-in minutes, with great biking, and hiking out the front door.
Area Information
Located in the Saguaro National Forest. A great desert feel, with giant cactus all around.

Owner's reply:

We do feel as if this property is a unique opportunity to see the city while feeling like you have gotten away from it all. The deck is large enough to feel like your in a back yard space, and private with the 3.5 acres surrounding the house. Thank you for the review, and we are happy you enjoyed your stay.
