Casa Tortuga is a beautiful Beachfront Villa situated on the water's edge of the Turquoise Blue Caribbean Sea. With 4 large bedrooms 4 full bathrooms large open great room kitchen and living area Casa Tortuga is the perfect place for larger groups of family and friends to enjoy a much needed Tropical Beach vacation. Designed to accommodate a large group at the same time offering several options to enjoy some alone time. Soliman Bay is a short distance from the world renowned Tulum Mayan Ruins and the funky little town of Tulum.

The Villa is set amongst tropical foliage and coconut Palm trees, white sand with a beautiful new pool set amongst the palm trees providing a great place to soak up the sun, enjoy a refreshing swim and an afternoon cocktail. The pool has 4 bar stools and a full length bench to sit and enjoy the view of the caribbean sea. The Villa and pool has the benefit of being on 2 lots consisting of 40 meters of beachfront. Soliman Bay offers some of the area’s best snorkeling right from the water's edge or use one of the kayaks to go out to the buoy and snorkel by the reef that protects the Bay. Swim with the turtles enjoy the wide variety of tropical fish and more. With so many options of how to spend your days relaxing by the beach, pool lounging in a hammock enjoying the ocean breeze or enjoying the view of the Bay from the covered veranda that runs the full length of the Villa. Stroll down the beach to one of the best beach restaurants enjoy a icy cold drink and a seafood lunch or take a short drive into Tulum and sample some of the best restaurants Mexico has to offer, do a little shopping in all the funky stores and don’t forget Tulum is famous for its beautiful powdery white sandy Beaches! The Villa’s location is perfect for day trips to the area’s best adventure attractions including Conotes, Mayan Ruins; diving, snorkeling, fishing the list is endless. Then come back to the comforts of Casa Tortuga enjoy a home cooked meal that you prepare in the fully equipped kitchen or hirer our chef to prepare a gourmet meal for you. The outdoor kitchen barbq area gives you the option to enjoy dinner outside in the covered patio area that seats 12. Either way you are sure to enjoy yourself, sit back relax and enjoy.

The Villa has two separate levels connected by covered beachfront patios on the lower level and covered veranda for the upper level. 2 lower level beachfront bedrooms have their own private entrances and covered patio area to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The newly renovated upper level has an open great room area with a fully equipped kitchen dining table for 12, bar area, living room with comfortable furniture flat screen HD TV stereo, bedroom #1 with two queen beds and double futon (futon can be moved into any bedroom or the open great room living area) hallway leading into the master bedroom #2 this bedroom also has an entrance off of the palapa covered beachside veranda that runs the full length of the villa. You can access the upper level from the back of the villa and the side of the villa. Solar lighting lights up the garden area on select palm trees and motion lighting on both set of stairs.

Beach palapa with two hammocks, 2 double kayaks to use & life vests. Some snorkeling equipment such as fins however we recommend you bring your mask, snorkel and water shoes.

Soliman Bay has so much to offer from relaxing in your hammock/ lounge chair under the beach palapa or around the pool to snorkeling, swimming, kayaking or paddleboarding.

We enjoy snorkeling and swimming in the bay, the beautiful beaches and funky one-world feel and character of Tulum, traveling and exploring Maya ruins, swimming and snorkeling in numerous cenotes located nearby and viewing the myriad of wildlife in the area. We are a short drive to the Tulum Ruins and about a 50 min. drive to the Coba Ruins which makes for a great trip they have great cenotes as well. You can swim with the Dolphins, visit Xal Ha, Explore etc. Please contact Cheryl if you have questions about activities and attractions.
