Description of the Tybee Island vacation condo rental
I am so excited to show you Sandy Toes ! This condo is new to the rental program and a great addition to my group of condos at Savannah Beach & Racquet Club.

This is a first floor side condo. You have a great pool view and pretty water view beyond the pool. The location of Sandy Toes is great. It's located in building A which is our larger building. There is a breezeway through the middle and this condo is the 2nd condo in the hall off the breezeway. If you need to use the handicap access, it's right across from our door. The pool is about 100 feet from this location and the dune walk to the beach runs along side of the pool.

The queen bed has a 4 inch foam topper and is super comfy. The living room furniture is also quite comfortable. You have a large sofa and swivel chair. There is dining for 2 by the window to the deck.

There are no bunks or sleeper sofa in this unit.

You have a 43 inch TV with Blu Ray player where you can get Net Flix and Hula and a variety of other perks wherever you have an account. The bedroom has a 24 inch TV.

There is WIFI in the condo.

You will find DVDs and CDs in the top drawer of the living room cabinet. Also, on the cabinet is a CD player. There is a charging station on the bottom shelf that will charge up to 3 devices at once. Just bring your USB cable.
Area Information
The SBRC community is located on the north beach and you never have to leave the complex. We are located in a nice residential area with limited public access. You'll find the beach here is much less congested that the main beach on the south end of the island.

Every evening you will see other guests sitting on the end of the dune walk or walking on the beach as the sun sets. It's breathtaking ! If you're lucky enough to be here during a full moon, it equally as beautiful. We have beautiful birds that walk in the surf. During the summer months, the dolphin are quite entertaining.

We have a large beach front pool. There are three tennis courts for your fun and enjoyment. SBRC shares common areas with a sister community so you also have access to the pool next door. Restaurants, night clubs and tourists attractions are close by. I have a pretty complete gallery on our FB page of shops and restaurants.

Tybee Island is the proud home of our beautiful and historic Lighthouse. Fort Pulaski is also a part of our island community and a wonderful place to visit.

I encourage all guests who stay with us to plan for a day trip to Savannah. The historic district is quite beautiful. River Street and City Market offer wonderful shopping and great restaurants.

Sandy Toes was a perfect location & included everything we needed & more. This condo may not have had all the updates but it was clean, affordable & gave us a wonderful location without having to spend a fortune. This is walking distance to explore the busy beaches & also have your own quiet, beachside area to watch the ships & fishing boats. Patty had everything explained via email prior to our arrival so there were no issues. Would highly recommend Sandy Toes & would love to come back one day. LOVE Tybee Island!

Thank you Tammy, and thank you for taking such great care of Sandy Toes. You will have to come back next year ! I bought this condo too late in the season to be able to do any upgrades before the prime rental season so I had to settle for cute and comfortable. The association is very careful not to allow renovations that will cause noise and nasty that will disturb our rental guests. Come back next year and be WOW'd. Total renovations begin October 1. I'll be listening out for you.

We stayed at the Sandy Toes condo, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The condo is so cute with wonderful décor and very clean and comfortable. This is the perfect location on Tybee; convenient but away from the crowds. The bed is super comfortable and the condo is fully outfitted with everything you could want. The minute you walk in the door, you feel right at home. The complex is beautifully maintained and right on the beach. You can watch the ships and shrimp boats from the balcony. The owner is very gracious and we highly recommend this condo.
