Spacious, elegant home is nestled in the Santa Rita Foothills of Tucson. This great getaway is located in a gated community and features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room, a large billiards/reading area, a full length outdoor covered patio, pool, spa, and gas fire pit. This house is ideal for a long or short term stay.

It is part of a master community with hiking trails, a park, large community swimming pool, and scenic views of the Tucson mountain ranges: Catalina, Tucson, Santa Rita, and Rincon mountains. This property is 30 minutes from the Tucson International Airport, 35 minutes from Downtown, 15 minutes from large grocery stores, and 10 minutes from I-10.

Bedrooms: The home comfortably sleeps 8 people, and can sleep up to 10 people.

- Master Bedroom: King-size bed with a very large walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The master bathroom includes an oversize tub, walk-in shower, and extensive vanity space. There is also an oversize chair, a bookshelf, and a 40" television for your viewing pleasure. Southern Arizona is a great place to view the stars. A telescope has been provided to enhance the experience.

- Bedroom #2 and #3: Queen-size beds with a closet and chest of drawers.

- Bedroom #4: Queen-size bed with a closet and shares a jack and jill bathroom.

- Bedroom #5/Office: Couch that pulls out to a full-size bed, desk, reading chair, oversize closet, and shares a jack and jill bathroom.

Kitchen: This large kitchen is ideal for large groups and seats 10 comfortably. It has extensive counter space, a double oven, stove, automatic dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, cookware, bakeware, etc. Entertaining is easy as it is fully equipped with place settings for 12.

Living Room: This area has a comfortable, oversized sofa and a large 50" television that is perfect for watching movies, sports, etc. or enjoying a Sunday afternoon nap.

Billiards Room: This area is furnished with a 7' slate billiards table and includes cues, balls, and chalk. It is perfect for a friendly or competitive game of pool.

Reading Nook: This space is ideal for alone time with a good book or a quiet conversation. It includes two reading chairs, an end table, and two large lamps. You will also find a few books and games stashed away in the adjacent cut-outs for your enjoyment.

Laundry Room: This room has a front loading washer and electric dryer. The iron and ironing board are located in the master closet.

The house has central AC, heat, cable, and internet.

Backyard: This area is fully fenced in and beautifully landscaped. It backs up to open-space and has great views of Tucson and the surrounding mountains. This space is great for kids, pets, and entertaining with large or small groups. The swimming pool and spa can be used year round. In addition, this area is fully enclosed to provide additional safety for the non-swimmer or small children. The fire pit is a great area after dark to enjoy smores and the night sky. A barbecue is provided and the covered porch has plenty of seating (includes a picnic table for outdoor meals). It is a great area to eat, entertain, bird/nature watch, read, or relax in the shade.

Parking: This home has garage space for two and an additional three cars can fit comfortably in the driveway.

Location: This great vacation home is located Southeast of Tucson in a beautiful, quiet gated community. It provides the tranquility of the desert Southwest, yet Tucson is very easily accessible.
