The kitchen is fully equipped so you can stay in and cook or go out for a fun evening of Apres Ski. This is furnished in cozy mountain with Aspen log furniture throughout. Bedrooms are configured as follows:
Master downstairs bedroom has a queen bed,
Upstairs loft bedroom has a full over queen aspen log bunk--perfect for the kids or another couple.
The living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper adjacent to a romantic wood burning fireplace. This unit sleeps 4 comfortably and could accomodate up to 6 but would be a bit crowded.
The bathrooms are downstairs and adjacent to each other. There is a full bath and a half bath (sink, toilet).
The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience and plentiful towels, a high power blow dryer and necessities including shampoo and other bath amenities. Professionally cleaned after each guest, or we can arrange for a mid-stay cleaning as well for a nominal charge. The condo is in Pitkin Creek--which has a community hot tub, pool, grocery store and liquor store on site--and all are located near the unit. This is a top floor vaulted unit with plenty of windows to let in the Colorado view and sunshine. The balcony faces West so you can get a gorgeous sunset view of the mountains. Over 900 square feet of living space and plentiful on-site free parking. The free village shuttle is also just steps away from the unit and it's only two short stops to the main village (8 minutes).
We require a $400 deposit. Rates range from $135 per night to $600 per night depending on the season. Three night minimum required for ski season/high season or a $120 cleaning fee is assessed. Rates are inclusive of resort taxes etc.
Please call for rates and availability. Weekly rates and monthly rates are discounted by 10% or more. We also help our renters with discounted lift tickets, restaurant, shopping and spa recommendations and more.
Vail is also a great place for kids--with its famous Ski School, sled hill, ice rink, diverse culture and so much more. Whether it is a romantic getaway or a family ski vacation--you will find it all in Vail.

Wonderful East Vail Lodging

I thoroughly enjoy staying at this property. Most important, ownership is excellent to work with. Location is fantastic. Nearby shuttle stop, market and walking trail. One has to understand the difference between staying in East, West and Vail Village. This is a wonderful stay for those who want easy access to the Village but desire a little more privacy than what the Village lodging has to offer. The interior is clean, updated and cozy. Fireplace and rustic decor adds to the already peaceful Vail setting. Can accommodate medium to large groups and is more than reasonably priced for single use. Parking is never an issue. Very satisfied repeat tenant. Happy to recommend to friends and family.

the condo was a little small for 6 people. I'd recommend 4. There was plenty of firewood and easy access to the free shuttle around town. The jacuzzi tub is really just a tub/shower with some jets. Nothing fancy. The place is also really close to the main road so you hear a lot of traffic. Overall, we all had a great stay though and would definitely rent the place out again.

Good - close to the interstate and Vail Village. BAD - too close to the interstate - heard the trucks driving by all night long. BAD - there was only one window that opened in the sitting room and only one fan in the whole place. Locating the unit was a bit of a challenge as well as the owner had it listed as Building G; however, it was Unit G - Building 4. Instructions for keys and check-out need to be updated - contract and in-unit instructions do not match. Left a day early to return to Denver to get a good night's sleep! We were also asked to be mindful of the noise in relationship to the neighbors - too bad they didn't get he same message at 2 in the morning.

I expected a Condo worth $1100 for four nights. There were lights bulbs that did not work; the baseboard heat was either hot or cold; some of the jets in the jetted tub did not work; and I could not open the door to the deck with any ease at all. When I called, the RE agent came and said he would take care of everything. I never saw or heard from him again. This owner of this condo was very nice and provided good information prior to arriving.

Very convenient on bus route, Property was nice with hot tub, grocery store, and liquor store. Condo was clean, well stocked with appliances, dishes, silverware, etc. Truly enjoyed our stay!

We can't say enough about the stay we had here. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips and it is so warm and cozy and inviting! We love it! The owners were great to deal with and went out of their way for us.

We just loved staying here! It was convenient to town, on the free bus route and the owners have thought of everything--right down to the jacuzzi tub and comfortable mattresses! The kitchen is to die for! We will be back! Thanks so much!
