This 1 bedroom apartment is in a brand new building situated in the Lower Lonsdale area of North Vancouver. Just steps away fro the Sea Bus Terminal and Sky Train station getting around will be very easy. Onlu a 15 min Sea Bus ride will put you right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The Lower Lonsdale area or LOLO as the locals call it has it all. Coffee shops,resturants,spas, and boutiques. There is even a 6 plex movie theatre right outside your front door. Whistler is just over an hours drive away along with Grouse Mountain 15 min away and Seymour Mountain. Ideal for a ski vacation. Lions Gate Hospital is 14 blocks up the road. There are literally hundreds of tourist attractions in the area with tours and tour buses leaving from Lonsdale Quay which is 2 blocks away Everything from Capilano Suspension Bridge, Stanley Park,Vancouver Aquarrium,, Whale watching tours, Harbour cruise's you name it! \\\
