Discover a vibrant, beautiful city at our doorstep. Our 10-storey apartment building in Vancouver's hip West End now has availability at our fabulous spacious apartment.

The apartment is very finely furnished and consists of a bedroom, a living room with full sized windows, a balcony patio with a view of downtown Vancouver, kitchen and bathroom.

There is one queen size bed and one very comfortable futon. All general purpose linens, including, sheets and towels and pillows and pillow cases, are all washed and included.

There is a kitchen with stove, fridge, utensils, pots, pans, toaster, microwave and utensils. Everything you could need to cook a great meal.

A great place for a busy executive or just a visitor looking for a place to stay downtown, the location can't be beat and includes a full kitchen and internet as well as DVD & TV.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony only.
Off street private parking is available for $10 dollars a day or street parking is possible when it's available.

Located in the heart of the Davie Village, it's within walking distance in most cases - to Stanley Park, the seawall, English Bay, Yaletown, Gastown, Granville Island, the Vancouver Aquarium, Sunset Beach, Vancouver's business and convention centre, and the trendy shops, cafes and boutiques and less than 10 minutes to the closest Burrard skytrain station. Around the corner you can catch the 6 Davie/Downtown and C23 Yaletown/Davie buses. This is a 97 Walkscore!!.

You would be located in the middle of 4 major shopping and eating districts. On Davie Street, there is over 30 restaurants and many stores, and known for being the center of the gay nightlife in Vancouver. 3 blocks to the north you have Robson Street which includes some of Vancouver's top Asian restaurants, tons of shopping and things to do. On the west you have the Denman area with it's shops and restaurants, right near the heart of Stanley Park and finally to the east is the main core of Vancouver, Granville street.

The apartment is located one street away from the local restaurants, where you have your choice from fast food all the way to 5 star cuisine. Within walking distance, you can get to a beach with over 10 miles of trails. A great place to bike or walk all year long, as well as tan during the summer.

Close to popular shopping districts, beaches, historic Stanley Park and public transportation routes, you can experience all the action of the downtown core plus the surrounding beauty of nearby nature at this apartment.

I really enjoyed staying at Perry's property, the location was fantastic, close to everything downtown, it was clean and spacious and the price was perfect! I'd definitely recommend it!
