This is one of the most relaxed atmosphere you can imagine for a getaway. We stay here every year except this yr we weren't lucky enough to be able to afford to go and it's very depressing to know that I wont get to enjoy this beach with my little grandsons. They are 6 and 3 and just love to stay here. Its like a home away from home. Everything you need is rite there or close by and the wildlife everywhere is just fantastic. Its very clean and the people are very friendly. I hope and pray we will get to enjoy another week at the same location next year. It is well worth it.

Just a few steps to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. A tiki hut is available to relax in the shade and talk to friendly neighbors or to read a book or watch the beautiful sunsets. Olympic size pool and a fish cleaning table available for your use and this unit is near everything.

Condo was older and needs a little update but it is very clean, which is the most important thing to me and my family. The location was excellant. It is within a 5 - 10 minute drive from anywhere within Venice that we needed to go.
Venice Beach getaway

This one bedroom condo was spacious enough for our family of four. It had everything we needed and the condo was in great condition and clean. Just steps from the beach where we walked down the beach and found dozens of shark teeth. I would recommend this rental and hope to be able to go back sometime in the future.

Just prior to staying here we spent 2 weeks in Davenport,Fl at a home that can only be described as revolting. When we arrived at Jerry's villa we were so happy to find it was clean and inviting. We enjoyed both the pool and the beach. The people who live there full-time were pleasant and helpful with directions. The villa had enough towels for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The internet was really slow was the only draw back. The villa was well stocked with toaster, coffee pot, cups, plates, silverware, cookware, can opener, hairdryer. We stay in Florida almost every year and have come to expect a certain level of comfort while on vacation. After our bad experience at our previous rental we appreciated this oasis more than we can say. It's not the ritz or a 5 star hotel but it is comfortable, clean and restful and we are so thankful for that. We would stay again.
