The fully equipped oak kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and separate dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. Oak beamed ceilings feature throughout, giving it a real cosy feel.
The cottage sleeps four people comfortably. There are two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other two singles (we pride ourselves on the fact that many guests have commented on how comfortable our beds are!). Pretty bedlinen adds to the cottage charm. There is ample room for a baby 's cot, which can be supplied on request. Electric heating in the bedrooms allows for all year round breaks.
The light and airy bathroom has an extra large shower cubicle and ample storage space for 4 people.
Guests have use of the luxury 12m x 6m pool which is well over 2 metres in depth at the deep end catering for guests who particularly enjoy diving. The pool is bordered by mature oak and ash trees which offer welcome dappled shade during the hotter summer months. The large garden, courtyard and barbecue are also available for guests to enjoy.
Bed and Breakfast Accommodation
We can also offer luxurious B&B accommodation in the separate guest wing of the main house. There are three double bedrooms. Two deluxe and one cottage style - all with comfortable double beds and quality soft furnishings and pretty bed linen.
Your delicious buffet style breakfast can be taken in either the medieval style dining room or on the terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Guests have their own separate lounge area.
Coffee and tea making facilities and hairdryers are provided for your use.
We are blessed with bright blue skies for most of the year, and experience long hot summers. Spring and autumn are both usually mild, thus ensuring a very pleasurable stay whichever time of year you decide to come and visit us.

"Just this short note to thank you for our wonderful week at Les Fontaines Cottage. The kitchen was wonderfully well equipped, the living room very comfortable and the bedroom with windows onto the courtyard was a very romantic place. Your location is great; a short drive in any direction took us to some great hilltop towns and wonderful dining. Please feel free to post this. Others should know what a treasure your place is. We loved every minute with you."

"Thank you for providing a gorgeous home from home for us last summer. We loved the pool, the beautifully restored cottage and house, and especially the rustic unspoilt villages and more. Our holiday experience was wonderful - 10/10. Thank you."

"We had a wonderful vacation in this beautifully restored stone manor house. Our room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast on the old dining room table was delicious. Andrea and Steve are really friendly and chatted with us in the evening in front of their cosy fireplace. They were particularly helpful with directions for visiting the nearby "Most Beautiful Villages in France" of stone hill towns, caves, markets, and great places to eat. The walks on country lanes are peaceful and the countryside is just beautiful. We would give Les Fontaines a 10 super plus! " Evelyn & Del, Michigan, USA
