If you are yearning for nostalgia and a quiet week with family, "Adelaide” is the beach cottage for you! Formerly called "Phoenix” after a fire in the 70's, this property is named after the original owners that used this house for their family for generations. The new owner is focusing on satisfying the wistful yearning for a simpler, peaceful time gone by, reflected in tasteful yet distinctive furnishings and style. You will enjoy that beautiful ocean view and lazy evenings on the deck reconnecting with those you love. LCD TVs are in all bedrooms and there are two bedrooms that share a hall bath on each level. Beautiful hardwood flooring in the kitchen and great room, along with furnishings throughout the house will be selected to accent the character of this charming cottage by the sea!
