this 'trailor' is not a cottage and it was filthy. we had to clean the spiders and cobwebs before we could even sleep here. the view was great and that was all. owner unreasonable! don't even consider staying here!!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved every minute of it. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the bay from the deck. Really really nice.
Service Animals Not Welcome
September 30, 2006
I contacted the owner about avalibility, and she replied that she doesnt allow pets, even Though I let her know in the email that I had a disibility, and that I would be bring the Assistance animal. This is a Federal ADA violation, if she rents to the public, my assistance animal goes everywhere I go, and I have never had anyone reject her, shes flown on jets in the cabin with me, goes into resturants with me, hotels, stores, anywhere she goes with me. I dont know if this is ignorance on this ladies part or what but she just broke the ADA Federal Law. I am very unhappy about it and plan on contacting ADA about the situation.
