Nice swimming pool and deck area, large outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, free use of gas BBQ, mini-mart, and many other amenities. 24 hour manned security. Laundromat in the building.
Fitness Center is on the 6th floor. There is a one time fee of $5 per person.

This 1BR unit is on the 35th floor and faces Ocean side.
The lanai (patio) is the largest in Waikiki, you can enjoy having meal with great view everyday.

Non-smoking, 730sf includes lanai. Fully furnished, ceramic flooring in kitchen, living room and lanai, carpet in the bedroom.

Parking is available in the building. (Recently Rate: $30.00/day or $137.00/mo) First month you have to pay two months ahead. (It will not refundable even you use the parking only for one month.)
