* A PRIVATE RESIDENCE AT ALA WAI HARBOR in the Ilikai Marina Building, FOR VACATION RENTAL, Lowest Price for its kind in Waikiki. Mid-Floor, cool cross-breezes and balcony, though the nicely furnished unit has a King Size Bed & extra sleeping facilities (sleeps 4); has Central Air and a ceiling fan (if you wish to keep sliding glass balcony door & drapes open) as well as a Full Kitchen including microwave, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, and cooking ware, as well as an upright washer-dryer IN the unit, and a community laundry on the 8th floor. An initial set of linens is included.

* Also comes with a fully functioning desktop computer (Windows) already connected to the Internet on the roll-top desk, as well as an HP inkjet printer, copier, fax machine, a telephone, an operational cable TV w/multiple channels, and a DVD player, clock radio, CD player, a full bath with shower, and lots of storage. No pets; handicapped accessible. Also included is a bicycle kept on the "lanai" or balcony.

* The Ilikai Marina is on the bus line at the ocean corner of Ala Moana Blvd. & Hobron Lane and adjacent to the Ilikai Hotel on IM's eastern side, and connected to it by a bridgeway on the second floor. Ilikai Marina is at the Ala Moana Shopping Center end of Waikiki, equidistant to the convention center in one direction, and the heart of Waikiki in the other (it is on Waikiki's ocean side immediately adjacent to the yacht harbor, with no buildings separating it from the ocean, beaches, yachts, and slips). Ilikai Marina is also adjacent to the Prince Hotel on its western side, and houses the Charthouse, Red Lobster, Harbor Pub, and Outback Restaurants on the ground floor, as well as 7 levels of parking. The yachts, sandy beaches, and Hilton Hawaiian lagoon are a few steps out of the Ilikai Marina lobby. The building has 24 hour security thru the site manager, security guards, and security cameras.

* There is an ABC store immediately across the street in the mountain direction. While this beautifully remodeled apartment has great privacy and a magical quiet ambience, there is lots of hustle and bustle immediately on leaving the building's lobby; or you can get the instant serenity of the ocean, beaches, and waves lapping the sides of yachts by walking from Ilikai Marina's lobby in the opposite direction to the ocean end of Hobron Lane, where Ilikai Marina stands. On Hobron, a block to the north at Eaton Square, is a food market (Food Pantry), a post office, and a branch of the First Hawaiian Bank. In the building and across the street are ATM's. If you want the best location in Waikiki for the lowest sum of money, this is it, both practical and elegant.
