Description from owner

Outstanding views, a tranquil atmosphere, and a superb location will make this Waikoloa Beach Resort rental a first class Big Island vacation experience for you. Custom plantation style furnishings and Hawaiian-themed decor in calming neutral tones, combined with an abundance of light, provide a welcoming space here. Nice structural design features include vaulted ceilings, a spacious lanai with additional access through the master bedroom, built-in tile seating in the master bathroom, and newly re-tiled entry and guest hallways.

This scenic top-floor condo, sheltered toward the golf course-mountain side away from the main street, is a wonderful place to get away from it all and enjoy some tranquility. At the same time you will enjoy the luxury of being within a 5- to 10-minute walk to several key attractions such as the Kings' Shops, where you will find an assortment of shops, a general store, and fine dining options such as Roy's Waikoloa Bar & Grill. Walk to A-Bay (Aneahoomalu Bay) Beach easily from here through a couple of nearby access trails for some sunbathing, snorkeling or sunset-gazing, or to sign up for a charter cruise at the concession stand.

If you enjoy swimming, the Vista Waikoloa is the perfect property for you with its well-maintained 72-foot saltwater lap pool. Guests also have access to two jacuzzi spas, an up-to-date fitness center, and a business room with computers, a printer and fax. The approximately 8.7-acre Vista complex offers gorgeous landscaping, including well-tended lawns and various native trees, amongst its 2-bedroom/2-bathroom and 2-bedroom/2.5-bathroom apartments.

A high speed wireless internet connection is included. Beach supplies may be requested.

Beds: 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds

About the area

Waikoloa Beach Resort lies along the southern Kohala Coast--often referred to as the Gold Coast--of Hawaii Island, 20 miles north of Kona International Airport. It is home to two championship golf courses that lie in contrast with black lava fields stretched along the border of the Pacific Ocean. As a National Marine Sanctuary, the Kohala Coast waters are rich with aquatic life and fragile reef systems, and play host to the Hawaiian Humpback Whale during its winter migration.
