The villa is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath ground floor unit which sleeps up to 6 comfortably.
You'll get use of the beautiful Hali'i Kai Beach Club with a gorgeous pool (small children will love the shallow pool play area), fitness room, lounge area, restaurant and bar--all with a cliff-side view of the ocean. One of the most beautiful places on earth! You may never want to leave the resort.
The Ocean Club resort is a members-only bar/restaurant available only to owners/renters of Hali'i Kai.
Hali'i Kai is located next to the famous Waikoloa golf course with the Hilton Waikoloa just across the golf course. The King's Shops and Queen's Shops provide restaurants and shopping within the resort area. There are many beaches close by to enjoy. Hali'i Kai is approximately 20 minutes from the Kona airport.
We are on the Kohala Coast, the sunniest of all the Hawaiian islands with 350+ days of sun per year.
Our Villa includes:
-42-inch flat screen TVs/DVD players in the main room as well as each of the bedrooms.
-King-bed in Master Bedroom with a great ocean view.
-Queen bed in 2nd bedroom.
-High Quality King Micro-fiber Sofa Sleeper in main room.
-The kitchen has granite counter-tops with new appliances and all you need to either cook your own meals or enjoy take-out on the lanai (this is where we eat most of our meals).
-A laundry room with a washer and dryer are also available in the unit.
-Weber BBQ on the Lanai.
-Free Wireless Internet.
-Telephone: Free calls to Mainland USA and Canada. Save on roaming charges.
-Beach chairs, Boogie boards, beach towels, snorkeling equipment and other amenities are provided for your convenience.
The Tennis Courts and Basketball Court are located in the resort as well, so bring your rackets!
During whale season (December-April) it's easy to see humpbacks swimming directly off the coast from the Ocean Club.
With sunsets off the horizon and the sounds of waves crashing in the background; it truly creates a pleasing and therapeutic environment for all to enjoy.
There is so much to do within just a few minutes (helicopter rides, beaches, luau's, shopping, fishing, golf, Whale-watching, Scuba, Snorkeling, incredible restaurants and so much more). The area and resort are truly ''hidden gems.'' Hali'i Kai provides a luxurious home base from which you can explore the entire Big Island and its many picturesque beaches. We will give guests great tips on where to eat, play and shop!

Be advised, Hali'i Kai Resort collects a check-in fee of $10/day (maximum of $300) + tax for each reservation regardless of whom the reservation is booked through. The check-in fee allows guests access to the property and Ocean Club facilities and includes electronic entry gate key card. This pricing can change at any time, without notice.

Perfect. Clean. On the water. Totally pleased with our experience.
We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo (Hali Kai #8C). It far exceeded all of our expectations! The pictures did not do it justice. We loved the tasteful furnishings, the upscale feel, the spotless interior and the breathtaking views. The Hali Kai complex felt like a five star resort, with brilliant ocean vistas and amazing amenities.
Thank you for creating such a superb Hawaiian getaway!!!
The four of us really enjoyed our stay at Halii Kai 8C. We have a long history of vacationing in Hawaii and this was one of the best in terms of accommodations. (also weather). We loved the privacy of the lanai where we had coffee each morning, and cocktails each evening. We did get to meet a few of the neighbors that way which was fun. The condo was very nicely decorated, yet comfortable and just about right for two couples. The view was wonderful. It seemed like every night we had a different type of sunset and I think we have about 500 photos to prove it. For me, one of the greatest things about this condo is - NO traffic noise! That drives me crazy and we did have it last year in Kona, so Hali'i Kai has a big plus for being quiet--Connie, MN
We had a wonderful time at Hali'i Kai, the condo had everything we needed and more, the owners were over the top helpful, any questions or concerns we emailed to them were answered in a matter of minutes. The pool side bar/restaurant is brilliant, it's great to be able to go to the pool and have a slushy drink and a snack! We would definitely recommend this place and we hope to go back again soon!

This is a luxury condominium in a beautiful complex at a prime location. I was attending a meeting at the adjacent Hilton, which was easily accessed across the golf course, and was the envy of all fellow meeting-goers who were staying in the host hotel. When not at the meeting, we (family with 3 kids aged 8 to 14) were enjoying daily outings to close-by highlights such as Hapuna Beach, Waipi'o Valley and some of the terrific snorkeling south of Kailua. The condo was the perfect base camp for these types of outings - especially with the snorkeling gear and boogie boards there and ready for use. The days often ended with a dip in the seaside pool and a cocktail at poolside, or barbecuing on the porch behind the condo watching the sun go down - or sometimes both! 8c is a ground floor unit with an extensive grass lawn behind, and a free view of the setting sun over the ocean--Peter, Vancouver BC
We just got back from a week of pure bliss at your condo! Thank you so much for making our vacation so enjoyable. The small touches really added to our time. We loved the sunsets!!! Great view from the lanai and bedroom of the ocean. We used the snorkeling and beach gear almost daily although the kids couldn't wait to get back to the pool!
