Description of the Waikoloa vacation condo rental
$106/night is normal rate; for 7 nights the rate drops to $86/night; for 28 nights or longer the rate drops to $66.67/night. VERY clean. Next to pool, barbecue, picnic table and jacuzzi. Cathedral ceilings, 2 patios and 2 balconies, in a two story townhouse layout with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, living room dining room & kitchen downstairs. Building is duplex. Lots of light & windows. Efficient, organized & tidy. Golf across street! All the stores you need within minutes! Easy to find and very easy access to major highways to get you anywhere on Island and then back home again. Resort just moments away with world class restaurants. You can swim with dolphins and go whale watching, even take a helicopter ride.

No one above you, and you are on the end right and ground level close to the entrance, parking steps away. The two patios with big sliding doors/screens bookend the spacious living room, upstairs each bedroom has its own balcony each again with big sliding patio doors/screen!

Mini stack washer & dryer, WIFI internet, phone and cable, even a fireplace!--

Kitchen has full sized frostless refrigerator, full sized stove with oven, lots -of cabinet space and even a pantry closet in the hall.

Dishes, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, even a tea kettle.

Book library as you come in the front door, and various guide books, local themed books on Hawaii, music and games in the living room. VHS and DVD player up stairs with cable TV and downstairs also has cable TV and a blu ray player and music system.

Spacious bathrooms both with full tubs and showers. Large linen closets that include some beach towels for you to use. Also beach chairs stored for you to take for beach excursions!

Well kept grounds, and your own parking spot steps from your ground floor door.

Area Information
Walk across the parking lot for a lie-down in the sun on one of the many pool-side lounge charis. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub. Come back later to use the gas grill and picnic table.

--Lots of amenities are directly across the street at the Waikoloa Highland Shopping Center, including a bank. US Post Office right across the street.-

The Waikoloa Market has many varieties of foods, including Japanese, along with a wide selection of beer and liquors. Fresh fish is available six days a week!--

The Waikoloa Village Golf Course is located directly across the street (we are closest to the 14th hole) . This Robert Trent Jones designed course has views to take your breath away.--

A Beach (Anaehoomalu Bay) is a short 8 mile drive down the hill.

Hapuna Beach, often called the best beach in the world, is a short twelve mile drive down the hill.

There are a number of incredible world class beaches less than ten minutes away. Great scuba diving and snorkeling spots are in the area, from boat or from shore.--

Waimea, a short drive up the hill, boasts some of the finest fruit and vegetables you may ever have tasted.

Towns of Hawi, Kapaa and Honokaa, the cliffs and valleys of Pololu and Waipo are easy drives.

If there are more than 4 in your party, we charge $10/each/night plus the applicable tax.

Good place to stay but.......

It's good place to stay & convience , the place is clean & the people were very helpful ( especially the cleaning lady, Ms Lei ),but there were mice all around the neighourhood, so it was really scary, except this point, on the whole , it's really a good trip for us..

Aloha, yes every once and awhile we have a mice problem in all of Waikoloa, thus all of the units at Waikoloa Hills. We do our best to combat the problem at Waikoloa Hills unit 1304 and we appreciate our clients understanding the situation.

Spacious 2 bedrm condo close to all amenities.Nice pool and hot tub.Golf course and shopping across trhe street. Very well Maintained and well equipped.Did not like carpet on main level but rest of condo is excellent. We appreciated all the extras in condo - appliances,dishes,cds,books,beach towels,beach chairs,coffee,etc. Parking right at the front door.Everyone very friendly and helpful.
