If you can not travel to Hawaii due to COVID-19 during this time of national emergency, we are giving full dollar for dollar credits on any payments that would have otherwise been nonrefundable. This credit can be used the same as cash toward a future visit. There are no blackout dates or restrictions. We do ask that if you must cancel, to please give us as much notice as possible so that we may have the best opportunity to re-rent your dates to help with our losses from this exception. We’re committed to enhanced cleaning protocols developed in partnership with experts in health and hospitality. Here’s what we’re doing to clean and sanitize:

A clean well maintained unit, virtually beachfront at Kamaole Beach II in South Kihei. Two master suites make it a great option for couples traveling together, or families with an older child. Located in the most desirable section of the complex.

The Complex

The Maui Banyan complex is almost like two different complexes side-by-side. The three two-story low-rise buildings fronting South Kihei Road and Kamaole Beach II are much more desirable (and of course more expensive.) These buildings (A, B & F) have just a handful of units. Parking is right next to the building.

The Maui Banyan is what we call a “condotel” in Maui – a cross between a hotel and a condominium. Aston Hotels & Resorts, a Hawaii presence (with 9 resorts on Maui alone), runs this Maui Banyan, managing checkins, grounds and maintenance. Aston is a well respected management company in Maui and offers services such as would be expected from a front desk and concierge.

B202 Unit Location

The location of the Maui Banyan B building couldn’t be better – directly across from Kamaole II. Loads of restaurants, bars, a couple of markets, entertainment, shopping, beaches, skating, surfing and snorkeling all in close proximity.

If you were considering beachfront hotels but got sticker shock, this is a great option. The unit is spacious, only the 25MPH beach access road stands between you and your condo unit.

Kamaole Beach Park with lifeguard stand is directly across the street. The beach here has a lifeguard, is superbly scenic, a great beach for swimming and laying out. Dozens of the worlds best beaches in Kihei, Wailea and Makena are nearby. Five world-class golf courses within minutes to choose from.
