Reviews for this vacation villa rental in Warrens, Wisconsin
Eau Claire, WI
September 1, 2011
We rented this for a mini-vacation with my husband's family: 8 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own "space". Grounds provided plenty of entertainment for the kids (all under 8yrs old). Staff was wonderful. Overall, a wonderful experience.

When I rented the Villa I was told I would have 2 golf carts reserved for me. I did not. The Villa did not have enough towels, we had to do laundry and share towels. We ran out of toilet paper the first night and had to walk down to the lodge at 11:00 p.m. to get more toilet paper. After much hassle the next morning at 12:30 p.m. we finally got 2 golf carts. The assistant manager (a gentlemen) appologized and then made a trip up later on Saturday evening to see if everything was going OK. He was very nice and appologized for the problems. We have stayed in the area for the past 4 years, and will probably return again next year. I understand that they have just reopened the lodge so there is bound to be some kinks that need to be worked out.

We had an excellent experience for the 19 family members who stayed in three connected villas. The sites were clean and very well kept. The Jellystone waterpark was excellent and the grandchildren had a great time. The whole facility was very clean and well staffed.

Mostly positive; very fun!! We used the cabin for a weekend retreat to get together with three other families and had a great time. The cabin was very clean and fit our large group nicely. The cost for the weekend was much less than in the Dells area. We had several young children with us so the seperate levels of the cabin came in handy for naps. One level was kept quiet while the adults could stay up late on another level. We all felt like we had our own space. Having the kitchens allowed us to bring all our own food. We prepared our own meals which saved us a lot on food costs. The waterpark catered nicely to younger children. Down sides = We were short on a few supplies such as extra pillows, napkins and paper towels. The beds are not comfortable. We will return and recommend to others.

We recently rented this villa for a youth retreat we had. This place is absolutely amazing! The views were so beautiful. It fit our large group of 16 very comfortably. Definitely would rent here again in the future. Only negative would be that the beds weren't fully made. The housekeeper did not know we were going to be there so she didn't fix them. She did apologize, which was nice. Overall, great stay!!

We stayed with our 11 kids and 9 adults for a family get together and absolutely enjoyed this place! Lots of room, very clean, good variety of things to do for the varying age groups of our kids. Fun hill we "slid" down in the middle of the summer. Tomah is very close for anything you might forget. Loved our stay!!

Thank you, we had a nice time in the cabin. We stayed in the 3 story cabin with 13 people. It was very relaxing even with the group. Because there was plenty of space to spread out. Owner was very helpful.

We had 12 people and 3 children staying for a family reunion. We had plenty of space and enjoyed having 4 bedrooms and 2 kitchens. The house was clean and the housekeeper very nice and helpful. There are many houses in this development and Jellystone is very close. The management was also very helpful and amenable to us.

The villa is quite large and spacious. It is also well kept up and clean. The only cons were lack of a backyard area and no grill, only firepits (despite being told there was a charcoal grill). Also, the cleaning lady entered the property one morning unexpectedly while everyone was still asleep. It would probably be best to warn renters there is a cleaning lady that could enter the villa in the morning, as this was unexpected. Oveall, we enjoyed our experience and the villa is consistent with what is advertised.

We had a wonderful time at your log cabin rental! The cabin could have been a little cleaner, I noticed some dust bunnies in the corners. Also, housekeeping was available which was nice considering we ran out of a couple of items! Overall EVERYONE had a great time!! Would come back in a heart beat! Thanks again!
