We enjoyed our stay at this property. The town house is set up very well for a group of people with multi-level lifing and a large living room with a beautiful fire place. Plenty of room, clean and set up well. Walkable distance to most of the village areas and a very convenient shuttle system around town and to the mountain. Lacks a TV, but local cell signal (Verizon) is very good and we considered it a plus without the TV "noise" for a week. We went "old school" reading books, playing cards and sitting around after a long day at the slopes. Kids did not complain once!! Perfect........and I would highly reccomend this property. Enjoy.
Great Time Had By All At A Beautiful Home

Had a terrific, month-long stay at this 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath 4-level unit that is one part of a three unit home. There is granite in all kitchens and baths, and these rooms are in pristine shape. Furnishings are all attractive and in good shape and the place is well-decorated and uncluttered. Washer Dryer on 2nd floor was very handy, and the front porch was a great place to hang out. The location is ideal, across the street from tennis and golf and a short bike or walk to Town Square. Plenty to do in town, but never any lines for anything. And the road is so quiet at night that you wouldn't know you were on a main street. Having seen a number of other places, I would say the place is a cut above most other townhouse condos in town. I have to stretch for cons: really the only downsides I can think of are a musty basement and the fact that a full supermarket is 25 mins away. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating, and the neighbors were great. My family would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 11 college men . At this stage of life it's hard to please ... But beyond all expectations this was a winner! The service throughout the booking experience was pleasant and the home spacious and well kept. Accommodations were new and the large property had magnificent views and was secluded. The location was in close proximity to attractions and shopping centers. The owner was exceptionally pleasant to work with... If its available grab the home for your vacation! You will be thrilled with all it has to offer

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The owner was easy to work with. Love the sunken living room with the fireplace. The best part is that the house is easy to get to and is within walking distance to so many things.

Nice layout on lower level with new den sectional, large kitchen seating area, slider to back porch with view of river. The loft is very large and 3 kids can sleep there with a lot of extra room for their "stuff". We would definitely stay there again. We love Waterville Valley!
Guests really enjoy the multi level layout, stone fireplace, and convenient location. "We love the place!" one person said in an email just after arriving.
The person who posted in August 2011 has the wrong property. Mine is great, too -- clean and spacious with lots of room for the kids and everyone's "stuff" but with mountain views not the river!
