Enjoy your classic Cape Cod vacation in this over-sized, historic (but impeccably maintained) Gambrel. This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is a fabulous accommodation for families, couples, or small groups. The first level has a large living room with fireplace, overlooking Hawes Pond. The nexus between the living room and the Kitchen/Dining area is a reading room with shelves of books overlooking the grounds. The Kitchen and Dining area are two open, adjacent rooms. Each is receiving updates this year with new paint, revitalized cabinets, appliances, and flooring. There is a first floor bedroom with a queen-sized bed and full en-suite bathroom. The Laundry room is also on the first floor. The second floor is comprised of four bedrooms of similar size, bisected by two full bathrooms in the center. Three of the bedrooms have full beds, and one bedroom has twin beds. This home is located on rear of the 5-acre property of The Wagner at Duck Creek. Guests enjoy all the benefits of your own home while benefiting from many adjacent amenities.
