“Awesome Getaway!!”

First time renting a beach house at the cape. This house was roomy for a family of 6 and being steps away from the beach was even better....definitely would recommend this place to family and friends!!

Owner's reply: Hi Lisa. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay at Fiddlers green It is such a great place for families , and perfect for a "beachy" vacation Thank you for taking the time to write a review We would welcome you and your family back if you would like to stay with us again! Terry

“perfect cottage steps from beach”

Reviewed 1 Sep 2013

My family and I had one of the best family vacations in August down the cape. We stayed in one of the cottages on Fiddlers green in west dennis. It was perfect. Three quaint bedrooms, fully functional kitchen and spacious living area. we loved the deck, steps to a beautiful beach. This location is close to fabulous fish markets and great pizza. Miniature golf and the cape cod rail trail are just minutes away.

Owner's reply: We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay at our cottage on Fiddlers Green. We hope that you and your family will have great memories of your summer vacation 2013 You are welcome back any time, and we hope to see you for another special vacation in 2014 Best regards Terry and Des Owners

“Great place!”

Reviewed 15 Aug 2013

My sister and our families stayed there in early Aug '13. It is the quintessential cape cod lodging. Sarah does a wonderful job outfitting the cottage with books, beach toys, etc., and it has modern amenities such as a dish and clothes washer and WiFi. The cottage itself is casual and inviting, with a nice outdoor patio and table for eating. The cottage is right on the (private) beach, in a fantastic location. If you keep in mind the classic cape cod cottage experience is not the Four Seasons - it's a place where you track sand in coming off the beach - you'll love it.

“Wonderful Cottage”

My family and i had the BEST experience at this cottage. We will be renting again next year. When we arrived we had a wonderful little gift. The cottage was literally right across the street from a beautiful beach.

Owner's reply: We are delighted you and your family enjoyed your stay.Thank you and hope to se you again next summer.

I was looking for a special place to celebrate my daughters 10th birthday. This cottage was a home away from home- cozy, relaxing and perfect for a getaway our family needed! We go away each year- Disney, SC, MD- each year my daughter chooses a fun week away. She has already decided she would like to come back here every year as our family vacation!

Owner's reply: Hi Mara We Are so happy that you and your family enjoyed your vacation on Fiddlers Green! It is the perfect place for a family getaway! We look forward to hearing from you for your summer vacation 2013! Thank You Des and Terry Owners

“Best Vacation!”

We had a wonderful stay at West Dennis. The house was extremely comfortable. We found everything we needed was close by. The towns surrounding were easy to get to and most important, the fish market was within walking distance. The beach was clean, uncrowded, and beautiful. We really enjoyed watching the fireworks from the beach. We can't wait to go back.

Owner's reply: We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay!! Hope to see you for Summer 2013! Des and Terry

Comfortable cottage for us (6 adults, 2 kids. Well appointed. Quiet area. Central to most Cape points of interest(Hyannis Chatham,Brewster,Provincetown, Wellfleet. Convenient to ice cream shop, good restaurants (Clancy's), shopping (Cuffy's, Chatham). Brewster Whitecaps(baseball) was fun to watch. Enjoyed Whale Watch (Ptown) and seal watch (Chatham). Brewster Natural History Museum was great. North Dennis beaches were nice. Nearby Sea St. beach was so-so.
