By making a booking at the Hollywood Proper Residences through this site, Guest expressly acknowledges and agrees that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this sites Terms of Service: (i) it is Guest’s express intent to enter into a lease (as opposed to a license) for the Listing; and (ii) the relationship created by a confirmed booking at the Hollywood Proper Residences is that of landlord-tenant and not licensor-licensee. Guest further acknowledges and agrees that it will be required to sign a lease prior to beginning occupancy of the Listing, which, among other things, prohibits subletting without Landlord’s prior written consent. If Guest would like an advance copy of the lease, please contact Hollywood Proper Residences. Please note that there is a 1.69% occupancy tax that the tenant will be required to pay directly to Hollywood Proper Residences. We do also require a security deposit to be paid directly to the property, in the amount of $500 per week (capped at $2000), and is fully refundable minus any damages within 21 days of your departure date.

PET POLICY:

We are pet friendly! There is a refundable pet deposit of $600.00/Pet. This is refundable within 21 days after your departure (and upon departure inspection). In addition, there is a $20/Night Pet Rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply

Overnight Parking:

Overnight parking is welcome at $35/Night.
