This white, modernist building with lots of surrounding tropical plants and cacti, is reminiscent of the Yves Saint Laurent Gardens in Marrakech, with its beautiful colours and contrasting architecture.
There is off road parking and steps up to the entrance.
LIVING & DINING ROOM
This home is open-plan, with wooden floors and beautiful lighting throughout. The living area has a large sofa opposite the fireplace, with television above. Velvet armchairs and coffee tables surround the space.
There is a marble topped dining table and chairs, with artistic light chandelier above.
The kitchen is white and red, in ultra-modern fittings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the luxuries you will need during your stay, including a wine fridge. There is access to the terrace from here as well.
TERRACE & POOL
The beautiful terrace has decking and an outdoor seating area, with sofas and armchairs. This overlooks the plants and the pool. The pool itself has waterfalls within it and has lights, for the evening. The is also an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, for dining alfresco. There is also a coffee machine beside the pool, for refreshments post-swim.
On the first floor, is this bedroom with a four-poster king sized bed in gold. The room also has armchairs and a side table, artwork on the walls and an en suite bathroom.
The en suite bathroom has a freestanding bath, sink, mirror and walk in shower, all in modernist design.
This impressive bedroom has a super-king sized bed, with large mirrored wardrobe and en suite bathroom. There is also a desk with chair and access to the garden.
This en suite bathroom has a walk in shower, WC and basin.
The third bedroom has a king-sized bed, with copper accent wall and framed artwork. There is also a walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
The en suite bathroom has a large walk in shower, marble tiling, WC and double basin.

Please note that the Los Angeles Transient Occupancy Tax of 14% will be added on top of the published rates.
A security deposit of GBP 1000 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
