With a gated and very private entrance, this home has a small garden at the front and a larger one at the back. A delightful stone path leads you to the entrance, surrounded by tropical plants.
You’ll find a stylish and bright living area, with velvet grey sofas and a soft rug positioned around a fireplace, with television above. There are dark wooden floors throughout and captivating artwork decorates the space. French doors lead out to the lovely garden beyond.
With a delicate chandelier light hanging above the dining table, there are armchairs for six guests around the table. There is another set of doors to the garden, as well as a mirrored side table.
This sleek, modern kitchen has white fittings and is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine and food mixer.
A sophisticated bedroom, with a King-sized double bed, chest of drawers, as well as a television and artwork on the walls. This bedroom looks out to the garden.

This delightful garden has lots of plants and a large decking, with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ… and the bonus of a jacuzzi! This space is perfect for alfresco dining in the LA sunshine, complete with bar and barstools, as well as a dining table and chairs and parasol. A few steps down from the terrace, on the lawn, there is a firepit with surrounding armchairs. This is a beautifully private area.
This home has parking spaces for up to 3 cars, all within the secured gated entrance. Please note the drive-way leading to the parking area is quite narrow, so not good for overly-wide vehicles.
No smoking, pets or parties! Please note that the Los Angeles Transient Occupancy Tax of 14% will be added on top of the published rates.
A security deposit of GBP 500 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
