The lobby of this building is impressive and eye-catching, with Matisse-style paintings in fuchsia pink on the surrounding walls and a gold banisters up the staircase. This apartment is situated on the second floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance.


The apartment opens on to the open plan living & dining area, with wooden floors and sleek furnishings. The seating area has a large corner sofa in grey, a soft grey rug and a coffee table. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed, to sleep 1 guest. There is a television opposite, atop a vintage cabinet decorated with traditional paintings. There is also a black bookcase.

Around the corner is the dining area, with a glass table and four surrounding chairs. A pretty light hangs above, with a mirror on the wall behind. There are glass sliding doors out to the balcony along to far wall.


The kitchen is adjacent to the living space and its fitted in grey, with stainless steel appliances. This kitchen includes all the amenities you will need during your stay.


Through the sliding doors, to the balcony, which is surrounded by lots of lovely green plants.


A spacious and stylish bedroom with a King-size bed in the centre of the space. Opposite the bed there is a chest of drawers with a television on top.


The bathroom comprises a shower, WC and basin. A Marilyn Monroe picture hangs on the wall- an homage to the Hollywood of old.


There is a cloakroom in the apartment as well, for convenience.


This apartment complex boasts both a communal tennis courts, swimming pool and Jacuzzis for use during your stay. Perfect for enjoying the Los Angeles sunshine in style. This luxury complex has a friendly 24 hour concierge service to hand as well.

Parking is available as required. There is a parking space for 1 car, in a secured underground garage.
