There are 2 parking spaces available for guests.
Through the spacious entrance area, to the dining room, which offers a fireplace, as well as a glass table and surrounding chairs. There is a modernist chandelier hanging above. This area leads through to the kitchen and living areas.
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The kitchen is sleek in design, with a large central island and accompanying bar stools. The kitchen includes all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine.
The seating area boasts a large corner sofa in grey, with cool coffee tables and a television. The fireplace- which can also be viewed from the dining area- can also be enjoyed here.
This space leads seamlessly out to the terrace and pool outside, with large windows and fully retractable doors for access.
TERRACE & POOL
With an outdoor living area, including a large corner sofa and fireplace, as well as sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. The pool itself can be heated for guests, upon request. A private space, the terrace is surrounded by shrubbery.
There is a WC and basin, for convenience.
Upstairs on the first floor, to the master bedroom. A creatively designed room, there is intricate wallpaper with abstract patterns, on the wall behind the bed. The bed is a Super-King size bed, with bedside tables on either side. Opposite, is a television and two comfortable armchairs. A dressing table and chair is positioned beside the window.
This room also enjoys access to a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom.
The en suite bathroom is spacious in size, with slate grey tiling throughout. There is a large freestanding bath, a separate walk-in shower and two basins, as well as a WC.
With a Queen size bed, this second bedroom offers a closet and en suite bathroom as well.

This bedroom offers a King-size bed, with bedside tables either side, as well as an en suite bathroom. There is also a closet, television and access to a balcony.

The fourth bedroom offers a Queen size bed, a television and closet. There is also an en suite bathroom.

The exceptional rooftop offers plenty of outdoor seating, including a corner sofa and fireplace, as well as two dining tables and surrounding benches or chairs. From here, you can enjoy views to the entire surrounding area (360 degree views), including the to Hollywood sign.

9) NO VISITORS & EXTRA OVERNIGHT GUESTS UNLESS PRE-APPROVED BY HOST. IF YOU BOOK FOR 6 PEOPLE, YOU CAN NOT HAVE MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE AT THE HOUSE AT ALL TIMES.
10) NO CATERERS OR VENDORS.
11) IF YOU WANT THE POOL OR SPA HEATED, PLEASE GIVE 24 HOURS NOTICE TO HOST. HEATING COST IS EXTRA: $75 PER DAY, 9 AM TO 9 PM.
12 NO LATE NIGHT USE OF THE HOT TUB (AFTER 10 PM)
13) MAXIMUM 2 FREE CAR PARKING SPACES. MUST NOT BLOCK SIDEWALKS.
14) NEVER LEAVE FIRE PLACES UNATTENDED.
15) UNREASONABLE USE OF UTILITIES WILL BE CHARGED TO RENTER’S SAFETY DEPOSIT.
16) THE CLEANING FEE ON YOUR INVOICE IS FOR A STANDARD CLEANING ONLY. IF THE HOME IS LEFT IN POOR CONDITION & ADDITIONAL CLEANING IS REQUIRED, EXTRA FEES WILL BE CHARGED. CLEANING SERVICES:
