LIVING AND DINING ROOM

This open-plan living area has lots of natural light and enjoys views to the surrounding area. The living area itself includes two sofas, a coffee table and a large stainless-steel fireplace. Artwork decorates the surrounding walls.

The dining table is positioned in the corner, by the glass doors- and enjoys a double aspect to the outside areas.

KITCHEN

With a breakfast bar connecting the living area to the kitchen, the space offers contemporary fittings and views to the palm trees outside. The kitchen itself includes all the amenities you will need during your stay.

BALCONY

The outside area enjoys an alfresco breakfast bar, with bar stools, as well as an outdoor sofa to sit and enjoy the surrounding views.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom offers a King-size bed, a dressing table and stool, art on the walls and access to the balcony, through sliding door. This room is on the same level as the main living area.

BATHROOM

The bathroom includes a shower, a basin and WC- all in white marbled tiling.

STUDY

This room includes a sofa, a television, a desk with chair and a large mirrored wardrobe. This room also includes a comfortable Queen size bed for 2 guests.

TERRACE

On this level, there is a further outside area- complete with plenty of outdoor seating, as well as a BBQ for dinners in the sunshine. There is also a small fire-pit.

Home Truths

No smoking, pets or parties! Please note- guests with children should take extra care around the balcony. There are steep steps down to the lower ground level. Please be considerate of the artworks and do not touch the pieces. The third bedroom is a converted study.

A security deposit of GBP 500 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
