Seaside LUXURY living is what you will enjoy at this exquisite 2500 plus sq. ft. end unit Townhome located in The Residences at Trade Winds! Soak in the breathtaking VIEWS of NANTUCKET SOUND from the expansive deck and upper balcony off of two master bedroom suites. This property has deeded rights to a private 100 ft. stretch of SANDY BEACH abutting world famous Craigville Beach directly across the street! Along with professionally landscaped grounds, a gazebo, and a large association inground swimming pool on the premises, guests have access to a small dock on picturesque Lake Elizabeth for kayaks ,canoes, or paddle boards. One must appreciate the clean comfortable furnishings in this open concept home with carefully selected decor,walls of glass to capture the views, gleaming hardwood floors,central a/c, recessed lighting, a gas fireplace in the main living area, gourmet kitchen with a viking gas stove, granite counter tops /breakfast bar , along with a wine cooler. There is a flat screen TV in the spacious living room that has elegant french doors that lead into a family room w/another flat screen TV/DVD player and can comfortably accommodate additional guests with a full size sofa bed. Adjacent to the family room is a full bath w/walk-in glass shower as well as a powder room(half bath). The TWO master bedroom w/queen size beds are on the upper level with a shared balcony overlooking the expansive landscaped grounds & Stunning VIEWS of the Sound!The third bedroom has two twin size beds with a hollywood bath. Also on the upper level is a sunny sitting area overlooking the lake adorned with lily pads and occasional wild birds.This is a fabulous vacation spot just minutes to downtown Hyannis for nightlife, The CC Melody Tent ,shopping, and the Ferries for daytrips out to the Islands! RATE:$4500 per week in season (7 night min.in summer) plus $150 cleaning fee, (bed linens and towels provided) $100 handling fee, choice of either a $55 (non-refundable) damage insurance OR a (refundable) $1000 security deposit. *state & local tax applies.
