Owner Supplied Testimonials
Sep 20, 2014 - We were overwhelmed with this cabin. It housed everything we needed to base our Yellowstone adventure from.clean, well stocked, great fireplace and porch. Located "out-of-town" you felt you were remote yet in ten minutes you could be in town for groceries. The view was amazing looking out across the meadow to Lionshead. We were blessed with gorgeous sunrises. Coffee on the deck watching the deer in the mornings was over the top!
Dec 1, 2014 - This home was beautiful inside and out. There were 6 of us and we never once felt cramped. We only stayed a week and I wish we could of stayed for 2. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The home was clean and stocked with everything you could need for cooking. I enjoyed coffee in the am and wine in the pm on the deck in the rocker gliders overlooking the mountains wrapped up in blankets. We cooked all but one night. The grill was great. The home truly was perfect for our family. The owners were so kind and attentive. I hope to return one day soon! Thank you!
May 31, 2016 - Exceptional: Very clean and well stocked . I was very impressed usually owners tell you what you want to hear. I have a son who has allergies really bad was worried it had not been dusted in awhile , but to our surprise as Kevin told me it had been deep cleaned and no sign of inside animals or smokers. Places like this are hard to find. We also noticed they have plenty of the basic items most places would only give you one of each, ( toilet paper , garbage bags , laundry detergent , dishsoap and not to mention plenty of spices ) the blanket keep you very warm we never used heaters nice to open the windows and have fresh air . Enjoyed the snow flurries , rain and sunshine we could have all 3 in one day and was daylight from 5:30 til 9 amazing place loved being there. Looking out at lions head mountain was beautiful every morning , and seeing the grey fox with her 5 pups every day right around the corner was awesome . We look forward to our next visit out . Thanks again Tanya K Creola , Al
January 2017 - Fantastic!!!
The Neal family has a wonderful cabin!!
Going to be our annual place to stay.
October 2016 - Cozy cabin, great mountain view!
First night there the heater in the queen room broke, contacted the owner and they fixed it the very same day. Very helpful owner!! The king bed in the master bedroom was the BEST bed I've ever slept in away from home!! It was nice to be 10 minutes from West Yellowstone as we usually stay in Island Park. Neighborhood was quiet, cabin was clean and had all necessities, washing machine is pretty loud so wash clothes during the day if needed. Enjoyed the wildlife around the cabin!!
September 2016 - Terrific spot!!
Our family enjoyed 3 nights at Mountain View Lodge and wished we could have stayed much longer! Delightful home, well furnished and has a very well-stocked kitchen, with every appliance & tool you will need. There are comfortable beds and a wonderful deck with a view. We were captivated by the stars and a comet or two, relaxing in very nice deck chairs and rockers. This is a great property and we certainly hope we get back for another visit!
