Four bedroom, two full bath, historic 1820's Saltbox Colonial loaded with character and charm. Very clean and well maintained.

Top Floor:

MBR: Large, bright and inviting king bedroom connects to full bathroom with his/hers sinks, sliders to private balcony overlooking backyard with beautiful mountain and river views, cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, sitting area, dressing area, and walk-in his/her closet.

2nd Bedroom: Queen bed.

3rd Bedroom: One full

4th Bedroom: Two twins, VHS TV with full video library.

First Floor:

Living Room: Charming and comfortable living room with cozy wood stove and game/puzzle table.

Family Room: Comfortable with L-shaped couch, TV, DVD player, 'library' and fireplace.

Sitting Room: Large and bright with french doors that lead out to stone patio with beautiful outdoor views. Decorated in "Vermont" decor. Perfect for morning coffee, reading a good book, or just catching up on the days activities.

Dining Room: Seating for 4-6

Eat-in Kitchen: Country kitchen with seating for six (or use bench for eight), fully equipped, bright. Laundry room is located off of kitchen.

2nd full bath on first floor.

Quaint outdoor stone patio with charcoal grill. Fenced backyard. Two car oversized garage/barn (SUVs fit fine...SUVs with Tullys on top do not fit). Located on Rt. 100 so there is never the threat of being snowed in and not being able to get to the mountains bright and early.

All Linens and Towels included.
