Wonderful Modern Condo
October 18, 2012
The Firehouse condo was a perfect getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything in perfect condition from top to bottom. The location is spectacular, just a short walk tot he boardwalk and beach. All the amenities you could ever need are provided. Off street parking is excellent.
The owner changed prices

I read the ad for being $150 a night. She tripled the price. If you are going to put it in writing, keep to prices. Or say subjected to change.
comfortable week at the beach

I liked the property, it was a little walk from the beach, nice area of town, pizza place right across the street, however it rained a lot and the streets flooded because of the trash filling the drains in the streets (10 inches of water on the streets all around the home). The house was nice but did not meet my expectations. I liked it, but i had to do quite a bit of cleaning when we first arrived. There was dust on the ceiling fans, dirty dishes in the cabinets, it looked as though the previous tenants didn't clean after themselves. Other than that we had a grat time - there was plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep, play video games, watch tv (on the rainy days), lots of movies were there fro u to watch (DVD's). Washer and dryer worked well, lots of bedding and towels for ust to use. Parking was great (fits 3 cars). There were ocean and beach toys available for us to use as well. I apreciated the ability to check in late and get the key from a lock box instead of a person by a certain time (as the drive can be long). Overall I liked the location and the residence, although I did leave my cleaning supplies there for the next person who rents it :)

do not rent this condo. The owner jacked up the price because my group was underage and then proceeded to screw us over with the deposit money with ridiculous charges. The cops watch the house because of it's reputation and it is not worth paying all that money to get charged for petty damages.

Inquired about renting at Firehouse Condos, never received a response back. Never rented.
Beautiful Convenient Home
July 23, 2010
Great amenities, even toys in the closets for bored little ones, tons of linens, and beds for that matter! Beautifully decorated and supplied home. Very close to boardwalk and everything you're looking for. Great home-like feeling, easy to contact owner. Overall great stay.

The price is reads $1795 weekly for 6/1 thru 9/1, this was not the case for our family we were charged $2800. The activities listed onsite, were not even insite. From the door to the water was at least 1 mile(not onsite or insite). Bring your own linens and towels not enough for the beds or a single families worth of towels. No Patio, broken (non-private) outdoor shower. No kitchenette, shared balcony with 2 other condos. No gated front entrance, actually no gate in the frontat all look at the picture. There is a back garage entrance that is also shared with another condo. Our family received a higher family rate so what is there to negotiate.

This was the best place to be in Wildwood. Me and a few friends came and stayed it was the best. Close to the beach and wonderful area. Looking forward to renting this year...

This place is definitely not for anyone that is not a family. The owner will show up without warning in the middle of the night and complain about the messiness of the condo. They take money from your security deposit for damages that were previously there. Also, a number of the amenities included on the details page are not actually there. If you want to give away your money this is the place to go, if not I suggest finding another vacation spot.

The fire alarm was broken and beeped constantly the first night we had stayed at the house. The couch was broken and the garbage disposal was also. We did not get our security deposit back because they accused us of breaking the couch and garbage disposal. There was also clothes and trash under some of the beds that were not from us.
