Beautiful tropical villa with private pool, which is situated on Marbella Estate - Jan Thiel.

A comfortable tropical villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with open kitchen.
The Marbella Estate resort is located between two beautiful lagoons called Jan Thiel and the Spanish Water. These are two of the most beautiful locations on the island where you can swim, dive, snorkel, surf or just enjoy the beautiful nature. The salt pans of Jan Thiel are ideal for hiking and mountain biking.

Marbella Estate is a secure and peaceful resort. On this beautiful park is a new and very large swimming pool, everyone on the park is allowed to use it. The Villa has a private swimming pool as well. Especially for children it is fun to play here with the other children of the park. The pool is just a few steps away from the house.

There is a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and sun terrace. The pool also features a children's section.

Jan Thiel in Curacao is a touristic area. On Jan Thiel is a diverse range of resorts, restaurants and a beautiful beach. At this beach there are excellent facilities for the perfect holiday. Relax on a beach chair or viewing the underwater world of Curacao by snorkeling or diving. Jan Thiel is one of the most beautiful areas of Curacao, it lies in the southeast of the island about 22 km from the airport.
The area of Jan Thiel is well maintained with good infrastructure. Nearby is the Caracas Bay and several other bays, such as the Spanish Water and a marina.
The remaining Fort Beekenburg (built in 1703) and Quarantine building (built in 1883) represent the rich history of the area and the island.
The area is also popular with joggers and cyclists, especially during the evening.
Jan Thiel has a nature reserve with ancient salt pans where regularly flamingos are present.
