Hardwood floors lead you into this chic townhome where you will find futuristic fashion complemented by comfort. Let yourself be drawn into the living room sofas in front of the gas fireplace and give into entertainment on the large flat screen TV. Step out onto the deck for fresh air and take in the gasping 360 views of above treeline peaks, continental divide, and Winter Park Resort.

The modern kitchen has granite countertops, five burner gas range and oven, and plenty of room for culinary teamwork. You can use the private gas grill located on the deck. Recap the highlights of your day with friends and family around the dining room table that seats up to eight and additional seating around the granite island bar.

A second lounge, with large flat screen TV, and all three bedrooms are all located on the lower level. The first and second bedrooms boast King beds and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The second bedroom has direct access to the hot tub. The third bedroom shares a bath with the lower level lounge.

Please Note: There is no trailer parking allowed in the Lakota neighborhood unless inside a closed garage.
