Located in downtown Winter Park, Sawmill Station 214 is a completely updated condo just steps away from everything Winter Park. Walk out the front door to free concerts, great dining and shopping and kids park. Walk out the back to find great cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and biking!

This is a 3 bedroom tri-level home that is perfect for 1 or 2 families with two main bedrooms upstairs, plus an additional Twin over Full bunk bed room. The main room is designed with socialization in mind with plush couches, flat screen TV and a fireplace on one end, dining in the middle and a kitchen on the other. There are also private decks attached on either side. If you do not wish to walk to one of Winter Park's great dining options, you can choose to use the fully equipped kitchen and/or outdoor gas grill to be your family's iron chef hero
