Sawmill 114 is a downtown three bedroom + bunk room condo that boasts a unique open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, impressive amount of space, and loaded with fun amenities. This is the perfect place and downtown Winter Park location for multiple couples or families.

Upon entering, the mudroom has seats, cubbies, and space for the whole family to comfortably put on or remove their ski gear and store it all with convenience and ease. The centerpiece of the living room is undoubtedly the 65" curved flat screen smart TV with premium cable packages and streaming movie options. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal at any time. Each bedroom includes sumptuous bedding and a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom involves dual sinks and a walk-in shower, the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the third bathroom has another walk in shower with overhead rain style spout.

Trails and forest await out the back door while concerts, shopping, dining, and the free shuttle await out the front door. Trailhead Lodges 114 is the perfect home base for a Winter Park vacation, any time of the year, inside and out!
