Our Lakota Antlers townhome is designed for family fun. Enjoy one of the five flatscreen TVs, theater room, and air hockey table that converts into a ping-pong table.

The center level of this tri-level townhome has an open floor plan centered around a 55" flatscreen smart TV and gas fireplace with rock laid chimney. Winter Park ski slope views can be admired from an inviting sectional couch or recliners centered in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove and oven, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Step out on the private deck to get an even better view and access the gas grill. There are two master bedrooms located on this level. The first master has a King bed, 42" flat screen TV, jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second master has a King bed, 42" flatscreen TV, and attached master bathroom with dual sinks.

The upper level contains the other two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed and a 32" flat screen TV and the fourth bedroom has a twin over Queen bunk with twin pullout trundle. Both bedrooms share a hallway accessed bathroom on the upper level.

The best part of our home is the game room with a full-size air hockey table that can be easily converted into a ping-pong table or card table. This room also doubles as a movie theater room with a 65" curved Samsung smart TV and surround sound. Grab some popcorn, sink into the auto recliners, and get lost in the movies.

Three miles from shops and dining in downtown Winter Park. It is a ******* yard walk from Lakota Antlers properties to the free shuttle pick up spot.

Please Note: There is no trailer parking allowed within the Lakota Subdivision unless within a closed garage.

Split over three levels, the main level has an open floor plan with the great room taking center stage boasting a 55”, curved screen Samsung smart TV and gas fireplace with a stone chimney.  Sink into the soft couches and recliners and enjoy the warmth, entertainment, and resort view. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a four burner + griddle gas stove and oven. Two spacious master suites are also located on the main level.
