Sawmill Station 217 is a pet-friendly (for one dog $75 fee) townhome that has a large central living space and three levels of downtown living. With three masters, two private decks and one private hot tub, it's the perfect vacation destination.
The centerpiece of the open floor plan is the 58" flat screen TV in front of the long sectional that is heated by the dual sided fireplace. Delicious meals can be prepared steps away in the fully equipped kitchen with granite tile countertops and tons of storage. Choose from a regular coffee maker or Keurig when the morning craving hits. Step onto the back deck and fire up the grill or step onto the front deck, take a seat and take in the views. The Two bedrooms on the upper level and bedroom on the main level are all masters with King beds, 36" flat screen TVs and attached bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is on the lowest level and has a set of twin over full bunks and access to the private hot tub.
Finally, you'll love the downtown location if Sawmill 217. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, shops and all the amazing events going on in the park during the summer.
