Celtic Lodge Experience

Celtic Lodge was the perfect vacation for our family and friends. The setting was absolutely gorgeous. The house is so close to the Dells but far enough away from big crowds. The beach had soft sand, the water was clear and the fish were plentiful! We loved swimming out the the pier in the middle of the lake. The kayaks were awesome and we got lots of use out of them. The house has two places to sit and have a drink. There was patio furniture on the top deck and below. There were four lounge chairs to lay out near the beach. We loved the grassy area after the beach to get some of the sand off our feet. The house was perfect for what we wanted. We had a full kitchen to cook our meals and a grill. There was a stereo system that could reach indoors and outdoors. The rooms were clean and windows were easily opened to provide fresh air. The only problem we encountered was the one door on the basement would not close all the way. When one of the children did get it to close, she could not get out. We had to pry the window open. The frame was messed up. And also, it would have been nice to have a TV in the master bedroom. Our family will be coming back to this wonderful vacation home.
Colleen ... Thank you for your kind words and we certainly welcome your family back to Celtic Lodge in the future! It is unfortunate that the lock on that bedroom door decided to malfunction during your stay ... and we promptly responded and took the lock off so that this could not happen again. It has now been fixed, and are so happy that your family enjoyed their stay at this lovely home designed for entertaining (especially little ones)!
