This rental went above and beyond our expectations!!! We are already planning our next vacation here! This was the first time we have rented before on this site and traveling with an infant and our dog we were unsure of what to expect. The view was unbelievable! We walked into town for ice cream one night and learned downtown very quickly! This property was right next to a restaurant, and there was plenty to do! The house was stocked with pots, pans, games, floats, paddle boat and everything you would need. The owner was so nice to deal with, everything went to smoothly and it was a very memorable weekend! Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful vacation in Wolfboro! The house was comfortable and the porch and yard were fantastic. The house has a marina on one side and a field on the other side so it was very private setting. The kids loved playing in the yard and swimming to the swim platform. Bring swim shoes for the water. We took advantage of the paddle board, paddle boat, canoes, and kayaks. The owner also brought us on a tour of the lake one evening and even let the kids take turns driving the boat. One day there was even a water skiing competition in front of the house (there is a ski ramp in the water). I can't wait to start planning our next trip!

Jack W. 8/28/15 says "Excellent Place/ Location!" 5 Stars *****

We had the pleasure of staying at this house from 8/9 - 8/16. The house is in a perfect location, not right downtown which was nice, but only a 5-10 minute walk to all the main shops and restaurants. We had 4 kids under 16 with us and we were very comfortable having them walk to town alone. Even closer was a great butcher shop (Mill Street Meat Market) and deli (Full Belli Deli!). Jason came by the first day and offered my family a ride around the lake in his boat, thank you Jason!! The house is situated on the back bay, which was great because the water was a bit calmer and much warmer. This made it easy for the kids to use all the boats (kayaks, canoe, paddle board & pedal boat) and we could easily get to the big lake in 5 minutes. There was good fishing right off the dock and the platform was perfect to swim out to. The town of Wolfeboro is a great town with lots to do (Craft fair, farmers market, movie night in the park, beer festival, etc) and if you don’t want to do anything, you can just sit in the backyard and hang out by the lake. We arrived on Sunday and missed the water skiing jump contest by a day. We would have loved to watch that as the jump was right there in the back bay. We did a lot of grilling, but there are plenty of restaurants to choose from and ice cream places for dessert (Baileys Bubbles was packed every day). Overall an excellent time and the weather cooperated 99% of the time. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Charlene B. 9/15/15 says "Loved it!" 5 stars *****

Loved it - location, location, location!! Great fun in the water with paddle board, kayaks and canoes, walking distance to restaurants and town. Moonlight over the lake, perfect!!

Paul M. 10/15/15 said "Very Nice!" 5 Stars *****

Stayed during the fall foliage and had a wonderful visit. Heater worked great. The house is nice with a living room view of the backyard and lake. Short walk to town. Some eateries were closed for the season but we found others that were open and excellent. A nice place to be. Incidentally we caught a fantastic sunny and clear weather day for the Cog Railway ride to the top of Mt. Washington. 120 mile visibility at the summit. The ride through the mountains was beautiful.
