This flat is on the ground floor, so there is step free access to the property, with a garden at the back.

KITCHEN & LIVING AREA

At the end of the entrance hallway, is the beautiful, open-plan kitchen and living area. When you enter the room, there is a desk and chair- an ideal work space if needed. The kitchen itself has all the amenities you will need during your stay. In the centre of the kitchen is a dining table and chairs to seat 4 people. This can be extended if needed.

On the other side of this room is the living area, with a grey corner sofa, monochrome rug, television, coffee table, bookcase and 2 armchairs. There is also a black fireplace with mirror above. This room overlooks the garden and there are retractable doors to allow a feel of the outside to come in.

MASTER BEDROOM

On the right of the hallway at the front of the property, is the master bedroom. With an armchair, a wardrobe, a large window with white shutters and a king-sized double bed. There is a navy coloured accent wall, with artwork hanging on the wall above the bed.

SECOND BEDROOM

This spacious bedroom has a single bed, which has a trundle bed underneath. This can be made into a double bed to sleep 2 guests if desired. There are dark wooden floorboards, a bedside table with lamp, a large wardrobe and shelves. There are also French doors out to a small terrace square.

UTILITIES

In a cupboard in the hallway, is the combined washing machine with tumble dyer for convenience.

BATHROOM

The bathroom comprises a bath, with overhead shower and a square basin, with mirror.

WC

There is a separate WC and basin, with palm print wallpaper on the walls.

GARDEN

This lovely paved garden is a perfect spot to relax in the sun- with outdoor sofa, armchairs and coffee table. There are plants and a BBQ in the corner.

No smoking, pets or parties! This flat has step free access as it is on the ground floor.

A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
