Villa Mars is located in Santa Maria, Paros and it is a typical whitewashed Cycladic construction, with 4 bedrooms, private pool and direct access to a beautiful sandy beach.

As you enter from the street there is a shaded garage for 3 cars. A path leads to a spacious interior courtyard with a large built marble table, BBQ, guest WC and an open air shower. On this courtyard there is a guest room with 3 single beds suitable for teenagers and children attached to a bathroom with shower. This room has both exterior door and also connected with interior door with the ground floor of the main house.

Next to the guesthouse there is the main entrance to the ground floor. It features an open plan area with living room, office corner, TV room with library and fireplace and a dining corner. Next to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area and 2 terraces; one on the back and one in the front with outdoor dining facilities, partial sea view and wooden pergola. In front of the living area there is a veranda with partial sea view, garden furniture and a wooden pergola.

On the other side of the living area there is the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with large shower room. Guests can enjoy fantastic sea views from the bed and the veranda outside the bedroom.

From the main courtyard, you can reach through some stairs the separate guesthouse on the upper floor. It consists of one bedroom, a living area with sofa bed where can sleep two more guests and a bathroom with shower. There is a private veranda with panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and Naxos Island on the distance. The veranda is equipped with a day bed with cushions to relax.

A separate entrance leads to the basement where there is a bedroom with twin beds, a large storage room and a bathroom with shower. A window gives lighting and fresh air to this area.

The house is fresh throughout the day and it is always possible to find shade in one of the surrounding courtyards and terraces. Furthermore there are fans available in all bedrooms.

The house is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, hi fi and Wi-Fi in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; a washing machine is available in a separate small laundry room and storage area.

Neighborhood and surroundings

Paros is located west of the island of Naxos from which is separated by a channel about eight kilometers. It is located 185 km from Piraeus and is one of the most popular islands after Mykonos and Santorini. It has an area of ​​165 square km and its size took third place in the Cyclades islands. To the west is 2 km from Antiparos. The island is famous for its beaches; Golden Beach is the largest and is located opposite the island of Naxos. Other beaches are: Pounda, Logaras, Piso Livadi, Naoussa bay, Parikia and Agia Irini. The capital, Parikia, is located in a northwestern island bay. From its port there are daily ferries to Piraeus, Heraklion (Crete) and to other islands such as Naxos, Ios, Mykonos and Santorini.

This property is part of the Free Cancellation Program. All the bookings cancelled between 59 and 7 days prior to the arrival day, will be fully refunded.

In order for the Free Cancellation to be activated, the deposit must have been paid and the balance must have been settled by the due date as specified in the booking.

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

The minimum stay is 1 week.

Check-in time is from 3.00 pm; Checkout time is within 10.00 am.

The rates include daily maid service, linen and towels change every 3 days, meet and greet upon arrival.

A Security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
